What personal data we collect and why
Reservation and booking
If you request a reservation with us and pay for a booking, we will keep your data for our administration.
We collect anonymous statistics from our visitors in order to tailor the website as well as possible to a pleasant use.
Our website stores temporary cookies in your browser cache (temporary memory). This is necessary for the reservations and bookings, for keeping the statistics, but above all to ensure that the website is as fast as possible. By not downloading every file for every page, the website loads much faster. This is standard practice with almost every website you visit.
Who do we share your data with
Your payment details are stored at Mollie, a payment system that must meet the same strict requirements as banks.
Visitor statistics are collected anonymously by Google (Google Analytics).
How long do we keep your data
What rights do you have over your data
You can object to the storage of your data if you find it problematic that these data are kept after a booking. At your request, we will delete it as soon as it is no longer necessary to keep it available for legal administrative (for the tax authorities) purposes.
How do we secure your data
Our website (including the underlying hosting system) is very well secured, including SSL certificate, and is permanently maintained. The chance of security leaks is thus minimized.
